Dan grew up in Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University in 1969. The 60’s were filled with excitement, which encouraged him to become an officer in the United States Army. He was stationed in Germany and also lived in Virginia, Louisiana, Missouri and California, eventually finding his home and occupation in the Pacific Northwest.
Dan’s real estate career began in 1978 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho where he owned and operated his own real estate firm until 1989, at which time he joined The Hasson Company and relocated his family to Portland. His expertise covers all aspects of residential real estate.
To expand his ability to assist buyers and sellers, Dan joined Windermere Cronin and Caplan Realty Group, Inc. on July 23, 2010. During her 2 years assisting him she obtained her real estate license and began her own real estate career in Eugene, Oregon at Windermere Real Estate Lane County.
